Although it is slightly more than a month since Moe was here to service our dishwasher, I wanted to, once again, bring to Priority Appliance Service the terrific service Moe provides to your customers. We did a big kitchen renovation last year, purchasing a Viking dishwasher. Moe made a couple of suggestions which we implemented and voila, the dishwasher has never worked better. I just wanted to take a moment and praise the work of Moe. It is a bonus that he is also such a charming fellow. We wish you all the best of the season. Lynne

This morning I had your WONDERFUL Appliance Tech at our home and he was a delight. Wesley is efficient, completely professional and a very upstanding young man. He has fixed our oven in other visits and now has tackled our refrigerator. In both instances I was frustrated and ready to replace these appliances and afraid of the costs to do so. He calms me down, looks at the problem, communicates the problem to me and then reassures me this is completely fixable and I do not need to haul my Oven or in this case my fridge to the Dump. With most service related businesses where the only feedback received is negative I thought I would give kudos to your company and to the service I received today and specifically to your service representative Craig Allen ( and no I’m not a relative and nor was I paid for this. ) Craig was punctual, courteous and very knowledgeable about the Viking fridge on which he replaced the hinge assembly. I should also say I was very impressed with Zen and Dale and the other dispatchers I dealt with. Tom

I only feel inclined to fill this out because we were so happy with the level of service we received from Jeff. When it comes to repairs on our home or yard I find it rare that people deliver as promised. Priority and Jeff not only delivered, but exceeded my expectations. Mary

I would like to commend you on your service technician Jeff Coleman. What a treat! He came to our home this afternoon and wowed us with his knowledge, attitude and skills! He fixed both our garborator (not scheduled) and oven! I thought you should know how lucky your company is to have him on your team.
