I would like to commend youy Murphy, for his knowledgeable, quick and timely service he provided today for my Viking Professional refrigerator. The problem with the refrigerator was a freezer door that leaked air into the freezer compartment. This created a snow build-up inside the freezer compartment and caused frost and ice to cover my food. Perry was very neat and thorough in his handling of the situation, and even mopped up the floor in front of the refrigerator before leaving. Perry’s politeness, knowledge and obvious experience with refrigerator problems, made this repair a much better experience than I had expected from most service representatives. On three separate occasions, regarding three different appliances, staff from your company came to my house for repair calls. Once Wesley De Jong for my dishwasher, Ross Ferguson for my stove and Perry Murphy for my fridge. I have never met three more professional individuals that were all employed by the same company. There were courteous, knowledgeable and honest. Their integrity was amazing and you should be proud to have them working for your company. In fact as a side note, I am having a problem with my fridge again and called and the gentleman who booked a new appointment for me was extremely helpful and knowledgeable as well. David

On Sept 04 Jeff Coleman attended my parents’ home in Tsawwassen to repair their gas cook top. Jeff showed up on time, had the right parts, and fixed the problem to a point where my parents say it now works better than it did when they bought it new. Jeff also did a minor adjustment on the dish washer and a small repair to their fridge, both of which were not part of his work order. This was all done in a very timely and professional manner. Wanted to pass on a compliment on your serviceman “Perry Murphy”. He serviced our Bosch dishwasher on October 25. I found him to be a very professional tradesman. He investigated the problem and acted accordingly. I watched him with great interest. He is to be commended for this work ethics as well as his very pleasant personality.
