Hi, Just to let you know we had great service by Craig here in Whistler. We were ready to buy a new washing machine as last year our Asko was diagnosed with bearing issues. It was too expensive to fix according to the technician. Recently it became noisier. My partner suggested we get another opinion. Craig came and pulled out two or three dollars in change from the filter system and gave us some great info on both the washer, dryer and our dishwasher (all Asko) We were so pleased that we did not have a huge repair bill and that we didn’t have to purchase a new washer. We purchased a Viking 4-burner all-induction cooktop in Nov 2007 from Trail Appliances in Richmond, B.C. The left side power board was replaced by Priority Appliance Service under Warranty in early 2008.  In  Nov 2011, the high power right rear burner became intermittent. Priority advised us that the right side power board had failed and the cost to replace was $1590 with tax and labor. Priority’s technician Jeff suggested that I contact  Viking Customer Service  first, to try and get some relief on the repair cost. Viking replied within 3 days and offered to pay for the cost of the parts to repair. The next day, Jeff called and advised me that he had spoken to Viking and they had agreed to follow his  recommendation  that they exchange…

This morning I had your WONDERFUL Appliance Tech at our home and he was a delight. Wesley is efficient, completely professional and a very upstanding young man. He has fixed our oven in other visits and now has tackled our refrigerator. In both instances I was frustrated and ready to replace these appliances and afraid of the costs to do so. He calms me down, looks at the problem, communicates the problem to me and then reassures me this is completely fixable and I do not need to haul my Oven or in this case my fridge to the Dump. As a sole proprietor I believe that feedback is the backbone of service. Steve P. showed up, was pleasant and helpful and while I hoped he could magically repair my problem (and make it be something it wasn’t) he provided me with valid information enabling me to make a decision.   As a Realtor, I would suggest to my customers that they have a reliable solid option in the technical repair of their appliances with Priority Appliance. So, while Steve P. couldn’t make my problem different, I really appreciated everything about my service call.   He is a great advocate for your brand and I appreciate the time he spent on my dishwasher.  Leah

Hire more techs like Wesley. His manners, professionalism and courtesy were a welcome change from other service personnel we’ve encountered from other companies. He was very good at keeping in touch regarding arrival time, stayed late to complete the job, and was very tolerant (even indulgent) of our two young, curious, sons. Chris
