CAREER BACKGROUND
I was a supervisor in a manufacturing plant for Toyota and after 13 years of working there, I decided I needed a career change. I went back to school and took the Appliance Servicing Program at Kwantlen College. It was hard to change careers and start fresh at 35 but it was worth it.
WHY I AM HERE AT PRIORITY
I’m here at Priority because they do things different. Unlike some other companies, there is great support for the “new guy”. I like the way they work as a team instead every man for himself.
VISION OF EXCELLENCE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE
After having a couple of bad experiences as a customer with other service companies in the past (who didn’t bother to call or show up!!!) I know what I expect of a service company and try to give the same back.
SUPER POWER I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE AND WHY
Know how to read women’s minds……this way I would know when to keep my mouth shut. I’d also like to be able to fly so I can go skydiving anytime I want.
FAVOURITE GUILTY PLEASURE
Chocolate ice cream with chocolate sauce……and a bottle of Crown with Coke (it tastes like candy)……even better if I’m sitting in a hot tub after a day of skiing with a bowl of chocolate ice cream in one hand and a glass of Crown & Coke in the other.
MOST IMPORTANT IN LIFE IS
Have fun and no matter how old you get, enjoy life like you’re still 20.
