I highly commend Priority Appliance. Being able to book my appointment online, and provide my applicable data in advance was easy and efficient- no worries about spelling errors or mistaken information. We had Moe come in and fix our oven a couple of weeks ago and it is working well now.  There was a long delay in getting the part, but through all of that your company was pleasant and helpful as we tried to work with the part supplier.  Moe always shows up in the time period that he gives us and I found him to be a very polite and clean technician who respected our home and made sure the job was done right before leaving and was careful not to damage anything else in the house.  Just thought I would pass on the positive experience I’ve had with your company.    Thanks,  Kate

Wanted to pass on a compliment on your serviceman “Perry Murphy”. He serviced our Bosch dishwasher on October 25. I found him to be a very professional tradesman. He investigated the problem and acted accordingly. I watched him with great interest. He is to be commended for this work ethics as well as his very pleasant personality. On Sept 04 Jeff Coleman attended my parents’ home in Tsawwassen to repair their gas cook top. Jeff showed up on time, had the right parts, and fixed the problem to a point where my parents say it now works better than it did when they bought it new. Jeff also did a minor adjustment on the dish washer and a small repair to their fridge, both of which were not part of his work order. This was all done in a very timely and professional manner.
