I am writing you to voice my satisfaction at how I was dealt with recently as a valued customer by your staff member Deborah. She was courteous and very professional on the phone. I booked an appointment for a repair to my Bosch dishwasher that is malfunctioning. In addition, I enquired about a fee that was to be returned to my credit card (as Bosch took care of the part) and she looked into this right away. I had an email back from her within a day and she apologized for the oversight on your company’s part. She took the time to explain how such oversights can happen. I am relatively new to BC so I was a bit worried that I would not be able to find a great company for appliance services. I have many contacts here and will mention Steve P and Priority Appliance Service always. It was a pleasure to deal with Steve. He was extremely polite, professional and knowledgeable. I will be referring Priority Appliance Service because of the experience I had today. He is a huge asset to your company. Actually I was very pleased that I could get an appointment as soon as I did. I called Fri for an appointment and Moe came on Monday. I was very impressed with Moe . He seemed very knowledgeable, was very pleasant and polite. He was very careful with my home and my appliance, very neat, tidy and worked very efficiently. I would ask for Moe again should I need repairs to my appliances. I was very satisfied with your service. Larry
I would like to commend youy Murphy, for his knowledgeable, quick and timely service he provided today for my Viking Professional refrigerator. The problem with the refrigerator was a freezer door that leaked air into the freezer compartment. This created a snow build-up inside the freezer compartment and caused frost and ice to cover my food. Perry was very neat and thorough in his handling of the situation, and even mopped up the floor in front of the refrigerator before leaving. Perry’s politeness, knowledge and obvious experience with refrigerator problems, made this repair a much better experience than I had expected from most service representatives. Hire more techs like Wesley. His manners, professionalism and courtesy were a welcome change from other service personnel we’ve encountered from other companies. He was very good at keeping in touch regarding arrival time, stayed late to complete the job, and was very tolerant (even indulgent) of our two young, curious, sons. Chris
As a sole proprietor I believe that feedback is the backbone of service. Steve P. showed up, was pleasant and helpful and while I hoped he could magically repair my problem (and make it be something it wasn’t) he provided me with valid information enabling me to make a decision. As a Realtor, I would suggest to my customers that they have a reliable solid option in the technical repair of their appliances with Priority Appliance. So, while Steve P. couldn’t make my problem different, I really appreciated everything about my service call. He is a great advocate for your brand and I appreciate the time he spent on my dishwasher. Leah
