This is Stephen (written by Ross) What can I say about Steve? Not only a great technician, he is also a genuinely great guy. He is part of the glue that binds this big sticky Priority team together. Stan Martin
Appliance Service Technician

This is Stan (written by Jeff) Stan’s an old timer. How old, we’re really not sure, but we think he may even be as old as Wayne! =) Read his background, he’s been doing Appliance Service for about as long as I’ve been alive, and it shows in his work! I remember coming to work with my Dad as a young boy and Stan being there, often with a new joke to brighten our mornings. Stan is rock solid dependable, and an integral part of what makes Priority what it is today. [Read Autobiography]

Cliff Stenger
Appliance Service Technician

This is Cliff (written by Ying)
I met Cliff on the way to the company’s Christmas party few days before I joined the Priority team. He is very funny, talkative, and easy to get along. He is a hard working individual and always tries to strive for the best. Cliff has a big giving heart which he shows by regularly giving blood donation (on Bloody Mondays). [Read Autobiography]
Moe Ameli
Appliance Service Technician

This is Moe (written by Dale)
Moe immigrated from Iran years ago and, despite our best efforts, is still the most.. creative speller of our team. While appearing quiet in homes, concentrating only on providing the best service he can, at team meetings he often provides expertly timed comic relief. If you're lucky, you may catch a glimpse of this side of him. [Read Autobiography]
Evan N
Appliance Service Technician

This is Evan (written by Alison)
Way back when I started at Priority Evan was a dispatcher. I was always amazed how he handled the customer’s questions, and seemed to have a natural flare for diagnosing over the phone. Customers to this day still call in and ask to speak to Evan. Since he has been a service tech, he has had many compliments from customers. We often get emergency calls, and Evan has always done his best to accommodate those customers in his area which is Coquitlam east to Maple Ridge. He has a natural, down to earth attitude about life & work & it shines through. He truly cares about his workmanship & takes pride in it. It’s a pleasure to know & work with Evan. [Read Autobiography]
Mike Steeves
Appliance Service Technician

This is Mike (written by Perry) I met Mike about 5 years ago when we worked together in Whistler. I quickly found out that just under that “Oscar the Grouch” type frown there is truly a very dear person. Mike is definitely an “A” type personality, self driven & well matched to the fast pace in his work area of Whistler, BC where he is locally considered the first choice for tech service, “a well earned title”. He is a wealth of knowledge & has a mind like a steel trap. I have learned lots from Mike in the past & look forward to further coaching in the future. I consider him a veteran tech & a great friend. Mike is a wonderful family man & an excellent father. We frequent each others company often. This guy is full of Gut-busting one-liners so look forward to meeting him cause all of the above is true. It’s Great to be on the same Team with you Mike. Keep on Rockin’ Pal! [Read Autobiography]
Craig Wheeler
Appliance Service Technician

This is Craig (written by Cliff)
Although Craig hails from Scotland, where English is the official language, at first his Scottish accent seemed nigh impossible to decipher but with ‘elocution lessons’ his communication has improved. He is a great example of a Priority Tech: intelligent, tech-wise, hardworking with a good sense of humour. Willingness to go the extra mile to help techs out when they may be struggling with a job or taking on extra calls impresses both the techs and office staff. The only "bad" side to him is that he is a really good golfer. [Read Autobiography]
Dale Walton
Appliance Service Technician

Matt Lane

This is Matt (written by....) [Read Autobiography]
Future Tech
Master Technician

You are the ideal tech. In fact you are so ideal that we call you a Service Engineer. You are a "digital native" in the global village. We are so glad to have you. Like everyone else on this bus, you have brought so much creative energy to the Team. [Read Autobiography]
In The Office
Dale C
Dispatcher

This is Dale (written by Moe)
He's a keeper. The customers rave about his skill as a Dispatcher. He really is much more than a Dispatcher, his head is in the place of prediagnosing, preordering parts, preauthorizating, preparing, etc.... basically thinking ahead. He communicates well and balances between technician's needs and customer's by tweaking the dispatch map constantly. However, I dread the "Hey Moe, can you take another call?" phonecalls at 7:30 AM. [Read Autobiography]
Dan Wilson
Dispatcher

This is Dan (written by Wayne) [Read Autobiography]
Deborah Brebner
Warranty and A/R Dept.

This is Deb (written by Craig) Deborah has a great telephone manner and is very nice on the phone to everyone who calls into the office. She is always willing to help you with anything and is great at pursuing payments for invoices or contacting customers for visa number corrections. [Read Autobiography]
Alison Knowles
Warranty and A/R Dept.

This is Alison (written by Rovshan)
Alison is a vital link in the Priority chain. She puts in a lot of effort in getting us paid for warranty claims. She has come from the dispatcher position and has worked very hard in her new position. She deserves a big "A" for effort. She is polite and kind, I appreciate her dilligence very much. [Read Autobiography]
Ying Xu
Accounting

This is Ying (written by Kasia)
From the start Ying has fit right in with the Priority Team, her sense of humour brings much joy to the office atmosphere. Her efficiency and directness is such a great help in taming the never ending mountain of office processes. Last but not least, she introduced us to a wild tofu and oyster mushrooms with sweet chili sauce dish. We actually use our appliances in the office! [Read Autobiography]
