DACOR Green Commitment

Hi, Just to let you know we had great service by Craig here in Whistler. We were ready to buy a new washing machine as last year our Asko was diagnosed with bearing issues. It was too expensive to fix according to the technician. Recently it became noisier. My partner suggested we get another opinion. Craig came and pulled out two or three dollars in change from the filter system and gave us some great info on both the washer, dryer and our dishwasher (all Asko) We were so pleased that we did not have a huge repair bill and that we didn’t have to purchase a new washer. I wanted to give you the feedback that my experience with Priority was excellent. Perry called this morning to set a time (he also wanted to confirm that I had the part) and then called again to move to an earlier time – that was great for me. His service was excellent. Please let him know. He was repairing my oven, but he also took the time to make sure I was cleaning my sub-zero fridge correctly! Great service! Lesley

As a sole proprietor I believe that feedback is the backbone of service. Steve P. showed up, was pleasant and helpful and while I hoped he could magically repair my problem (and make it be something it wasn’t) he provided me with valid information enabling me to make a decision.   As a Realtor, I would suggest to my customers that they have a reliable solid option in the technical repair of their appliances with Priority Appliance. So, while Steve P. couldn’t make my problem different, I really appreciated everything about my service call.   He is a great advocate for your brand and I appreciate the time he spent on my dishwasher.  Leah

Wanted to pass on a compliment on your serviceman “Perry Murphy”. He serviced our Bosch dishwasher on October 25. I found him to be a very professional tradesman. He investigated the problem and acted accordingly. I watched him with great interest. He is to be commended for this work ethics as well as his very pleasant personality. Hi, I wanted to send a Thank You for coming to fix my oven on Saturday. I very much appreciated that following my call first thing Saturday morning looking for the thermal limiter part for my oven, that you managed to find a way for Nic to be at my house by 4 pm with this part. Nic did a great job and we managed to have this kit in and the oven back working again in 45 minutes!!! While I continue to be frustrated with this issue with the oven you more than made up for it by helping me out to get this fixed with short notice on Saturday. This allowed 2 birthday cakes (twin boys!!!) to be baked and 20 guests to be well fed on the following day. Keep up the good work, I am sure we will be calling back again. Regards, John
