This morning I had your WONDERFUL Appliance Tech at our home and he was a delight. Wesley is efficient, completely professional and a very upstanding young man. He has fixed our oven in other visits and now has tackled our refrigerator. In both instances I was frustrated and ready to replace these appliances and afraid of the costs to do so. He calms me down, looks at the problem, communicates the problem to me and then reassures me this is completely fixable and I do not need to haul my Oven or in this case my fridge to the Dump. Actually I was very pleased that I could get an appointment as soon as I did. I called Fri for an appointment and Moe came on Monday. I was very impressed with Moe . He seemed very knowledgeable, was very pleasant and polite. He was very careful with my home and my appliance, very neat, tidy and worked very efficiently. I am writing you to voice my satisfaction at how I was dealt with recently as a valued customer by your staff member Deborah. She was courteous and very professional on the phone. I booked an appointment for a repair to my Bosch dishwasher that is malfunctioning. In addition, I enquired about a fee that was to be returned to my credit card (as Bosch took care of the part) and she looked into this right away. I had an email back from her within a day and she apologized for the oversight on your company’s part. She took the time to explain how such oversights can happen.
