On Sept 04 Jeff Coleman attended my parents’ home in Tsawwassen to repair their gas cook top. Jeff showed up on time, had the right parts, and fixed the problem to a point where my parents say it now works better than it did when they bought it new. Jeff also did a minor adjustment on the dish washer and a small repair to their fridge, both of which were not part of his work order. This was all done in a very timely and professional manner. “We bought a 36″ viking gas range just a month before Christmas and found that the oven would not keep the proper temperature. We called Priority Appliance service, to have it fixed. The technician knew what the problem was right away, and had it fixed in minutes. It turned out to be a minor design deficiency from the manufacturer.”

I wanted to give you the feedback that my experience with Priority was excellent. Perry called this morning to set a time (he also wanted to confirm that I had the part) and then called again to move to an earlier time – that was great for me. His service was excellent. Please let him know. He was repairing my oven, but he also took the time to make sure I was cleaning my sub-zero fridge correctly! Great service! Lesley

Great service from Priority Appliance Service! The call center service was friendly and prompt. Appointments were made easily. Of course you can never really arrange a specific time but I felt all my time requests were honored. The technician calls you the morning of to confirm the time they will be there. Nic, the technician who came to fix my washer, was very knowledgeable and helpful. He diagnosed the problem immediately. He even gave me extra tips, answered questions and tweaked little issues with the fridge and the dishwasher without charge (jokes and friendliness to boot). The part took a long time to come in (not their fault) but it came earlier than expected and Nic came right away to install it. I highly recommend this company. Sim…
