Responsibilities Include:
  • Processing inbound service calls using our custom-designed software
  • Data Entry in Excel mostly
  • Misc. office support duties such as filing (about 1000 invoices / month)
  • Developing and maintaining great rapport with customers and dealers
  • Represent company in a positive and professional manner
Qualifications:
  • Excellent command of English language required (both written & spoken) as to be able communicate effectively with our customers, technicians, dealers and manufacturers.
  • Excellent telephone manner a must to represent our company in a professional and dignified manner.
  • Great customer service orientation
  • Very detailed oriented individual, able to do very accurate data entry
  • Developed computer and typing skills
  • Training will be provided to the suitable person
