Responsibilities Include:
-
Processing inbound service calls using our custom-designed software
- Data Entry in Excel mostly
- Misc. office support duties such as filing (about 1000 invoices / month)
- Developing and maintaining great rapport with customers and dealers
- Represent company in a positive and professional manner
Qualifications:
-
Excellent command of English language required (both written & spoken) as to be able communicate effectively with our customers, technicians, dealers and manufacturers.
- Excellent telephone manner a must to represent our company in a professional and dignified manner.
- Great customer service orientation
- Very detailed oriented individual, able to do very accurate data entry
- Developed computer and typing skills
- Training will be provided to the suitable person
