Responsibilities Include:

Answering multi-line switchboard
Scheduling appointments and maintaining efficient dispatch of technicians
Developing and maintaining great rapport with customers and dealers
Represent company in a positive and professional manner

Qualifications:

Excellent telephone manner
Customer service orientation
Excellent command of english language required (both written & spoken)
Developed computer and typing skills
Technically inclined
Minimum 1 year related experience required
Training will be provided to the suitable person
