For almost 15 years, Priority Appliance Service has taken care of many thousands of appliances in Greater Vancouver area. Between our highly skilled service technicians and our friendly office staff, we take pride in ensuring that our clients’ appliance problems are remedied as quickly and efficiently as possible. As a result of steady growth, we are now looking for an additional Call Center Representative to support us to reach new levels of customer service and business success.  This is a full time position,  Monday to Friday, 8AM – 5PM.

Unsurpassed customer service is key to our success, and we set our standards high.  We are looking for a Call Center Representative that will be a liaison between our company and its current, and potential customers.    The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively handling customer issues, complaints and inquiries, keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behaviour.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Processing high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Responding to email requests
  • Documenting all call information according to standard operating procedures
  • Researching required information using available resources
  • Identifying customer’s needs, clarifying information, scheduling appointments as needed
  • Identifying and escalating priority issues
  • Misc. office support duties

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer support role
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
  • Ability to maintain great rapport with customers and business partners
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Quick data entry skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong work ethic and self-starter
  • Strong memory retention
  • Able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced, sometimes stressful, business environment
