I am writing you to voice my satisfaction at how I was dealt with recently as a valued customer by your staff member Deborah. She was courteous and very professional on the phone. I booked an appointment for a repair to my Bosch dishwasher that is malfunctioning. In addition, I enquired about a fee that was to be returned to my credit card (as Bosch took care of the part) and she looked into this right away. I had an email back from her within a day and she apologized for the oversight on your company’s part. She took the time to explain how such oversights can happen. Hire more techs like Wesley. His manners, professionalism and courtesy were a welcome change from other service personnel we’ve encountered from other companies. He was very good at keeping in touch regarding arrival time, stayed late to complete the job, and was very tolerant (even indulgent) of our two young, curious, sons. Chris

I would like to express my appreciation for the outstanding service on my Bosch dishwasher that I received from Yury. The initial service call was to replace a component as a Bosch safety recall. The safety upgrade was made by Yury, but unfortunately the change did not solve the problem with my dishwasher. Yury proceeded to diagnose the problem and determined that an impeller had failed. Yury had another call to do, but assured me that he expected it to be brief. He said that he would be able to pick up the part and return soon. True to his word, he returned shortly after 3 PM and proceeded to replace the impeller and reassemble the dishwasher. We just had a visit from Perry. Our appointment was not until next Tues., but he called and dropped by today (Friday) on his way home to look at the problem. It turned out to be a quick fix which he did while here.
We are blown away. We have never had this sort of repair service before. On top of that he was delightful to talk to. We will definitely recommend to friends.
I would like to commend you on your service technician Jeff Coleman. What a treat! He came to our home this afternoon and wowed us with his knowledge, attitude and skills! He fixed both our garborator (not scheduled) and oven! I thought you should know how lucky your company is to have him on your team. On three separate occasions, regarding three different appliances, staff from your company came to my house for repair calls. Once Wesley De Jong for my dishwasher, Ross Ferguson for my stove and Perry Murphy for my fridge. I have never met three more professional individuals that were all employed by the same company. There were courteous, knowledgeable and honest. Their integrity was amazing and you should be proud to have them working for your company.
