Bosch Appliance Service & Repair

We had Moe come in and fix our oven a couple of weeks ago and it is working well now.  There was a long delay in getting the part, but through all of that your company was pleasant and helpful as we tried to work with the part supplier.  Moe always shows up in the time period that he gives us and I found him to be a very polite and clean technician who respected our home and made sure the job was done right before leaving and was careful not to damage anything else in the house.  Just thought I would pass on the positive experience I’ve had with your company.    Thanks,  Kate

As a sole proprietor I believe that feedback is the backbone of service. Steve P. showed up, was pleasant and helpful and while I hoped he could magically repair my problem (and make it be something it wasn’t) he provided me with valid information enabling me to make a decision.   As a Realtor, I would suggest to my customers that they have a reliable solid option in the technical repair of their appliances with Priority Appliance. So, while Steve P. couldn’t make my problem different, I really appreciated everything about my service call.   He is a great advocate for your brand and I appreciate the time he spent on my dishwasher.  Leah

On Sept 04 Jeff Coleman attended my parents’ home in Tsawwassen to repair their gas cook top. Jeff showed up on time, had the right parts, and fixed the problem to a point where my parents say it now works better than it did when they bought it new. Jeff also did a minor adjustment on the dish washer and a small repair to their fridge, both of which were not part of his work order. This was all done in a very timely and professional manner. We just had a visit from Perry. Our appointment was not until next Tues., but he called and dropped by today (Friday) on his way home to look at the problem. It turned out to be a quick fix which he did while here.

We are blown away. We have never had this sort of repair service before. On top of that he was delightful to talk to. We will definitely recommend to friends.

I am relatively new to BC so I was a bit worried that I would not be able to find a great company for appliance services. I have many contacts here and will mention Steve P and Priority Appliance Service always. It was a pleasure to deal with Steve. He was extremely polite, professional and knowledgeable. I will be referring Priority Appliance Service because of the experience I had today. He is a huge asset to your company. On three separate occasions, regarding three different appliances, staff from your company came to my house for repair calls. Once Wesley De Jong for my dishwasher, Ross Ferguson for my stove and Perry Murphy for my fridge. I have never met three more professional individuals that were all employed by the same company. There were courteous, knowledgeable and honest. Their integrity was amazing and you should be proud to have them working for your company. In fact as a side note, I am having a problem with my fridge again and called and the gentleman who booked a new appointment for me was extremely helpful and knowledgeable as well. David
