CAREER BACKGROUND
I began working for a company called Prime Tech Service where I apprenticed and took appliance courses at the same time. I moved to Midland Appliance in 1986 where I met Wayne Coleman. We became best of friends and worked together for 16 years until Wayne became owner of Priority Appliance Service. I have been with Priority since its beginning 4 years ago, March 2003.
WHY I AM HERE AT PRIORITY
It's pretty simple - if you had your choice to work for the best company in your field, you would choose that company. For so many reasons, in my eyes no other company comes close.
VISION OF EXCELLENCE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE
I would like to leave every call with the customer thinking ... "Now, that was some service company!"
