CAREER BACKGROUND
Well, I come from a long line of dispatchers. I am a dispatcher. My father was a dispatcher. His father was a dispatcher, and so forth until we come to my great^12-grandfather who dispatched the Mayflower to the Americas.
Family history aside, I’ve done a lot of call center work. Both in tech support for consumers and customer care for business customers.
WHY I AM HERE AT PRIORITY
Challenging work, friendly people, free coffee. All the appliance related humour is a big bonus too.
VISION OF EXCELLENCE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE
Being able to tactfully tell a customer their “stove clock reading 00:00" emergency is not actually so.
SUPER POWER I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE & WHY
I already have one. I can sit through an entire movie I have seen many times and not feel the urge to either talk along with the dialogue or say “Oh, watch this part!” Given that this quality is so rare in people, I can only conclude that it is a superpower.
