Craig Wheeler
Appliance Service Technician

CAREER BACKGROUND

I started as an apprentice Service Technician in May 1984 in Aberdeen, Scotland with a small company, learning how to repair small household appliances in a workshop and then after 6 months, progressing on to work on the road, going to customer’s homes and repairing their domestic appliances. In October 1985, I joined another company in Aberdeen, and continued my career in appliance repair service and continued to learn all the time repairing all the different brands of appliances and also repairing commercial & industrial laundry equipment. I stayed with this company until September 2006, when I left to pursue a new challenge in Vancouver, Canada.

WHY I AM HERE AT PRIORITY

I was looking for a company to work for that had a certain work ethic, a high level of customer service & satisfaction, a professional operation, embraced technology in the workplace and had good people working for the company. I was not going to move 5000 miles and settle for second best, I wanted to work for the best appliance service company in Vancouver, and I believe I am now doing so, that’s why I am here at Priority Appliance Service.
