CAREER BACKGROUND
I have been an auto mechanic, auto electrician, computer hardware tech, commercial fisherman, and customer service rep in various call centers from Microsoft to AT&T. I have always had a very strong interest in electronic and mechanical devices bordering on the obsessive.
WHY I AM HERE AT PRIORITY
I started as a dispatcher in the Priority call center, found myself prediagnosing almost every service call I processed. From this inside position I had a clear view of the revered position of a Priority tech. It soon became obvious that I was one of THEM. I just had to get there. Thank you to Kwantlen College and for many mentors at Priority. Priority met my inate expectation of excellence in customer service.

The magical union of customer satisfaction with a job well done and my personal satisfaction of having provided that service.
SUPER POWER I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE AND WHY
Being able to look into the future. WHY? To take care of problems before they happen. Can you imagine going to customer's home to repair problems before they happen? This is not good.... it is GREAT!
FAVOURITE GUILTY PLEASURE
Lazily drifting down the stream on a perfect day on a comfortable raft.

Satisfaction and peace of mind.
MOTIVATION
Amazing Viva Java coffee at the office or if I'm not close by, natural passion for life and enjoyment of thereof.
