Great service from Priority Appliance Service! The call center service was friendly and prompt. Appointments were made easily. Of course you can never really arrange a specific time but I felt all my time requests were honored. The technician calls you the morning of to confirm the time they will be there. Nic, the technician who came to fix my washer, was very knowledgeable and helpful. He diagnosed the problem immediately. He even gave me extra tips, answered questions and tweaked little issues with the fridge and the dishwasher without charge (jokes and friendliness to boot). With most service related businesses where the only feedback received is negative I thought I would give kudos to your company and to the service I received today and specifically to your service representative Craig Allen ( and no I’m not a relative and nor was I paid for this. ) Craig was punctual, courteous and very knowledgeable about the Viking fridge on which he replaced the hinge assembly. I should also say I was very impressed with Zen and Dale and the other dispatchers I dealt with. Tom

Hi, Just to let you know we had great service by Craig here in Whistler. We were ready to buy a new washing machine as last year our Asko was diagnosed with bearing issues. It was too expensive to fix according to the technician. Recently it became noisier. My partner suggested we get another opinion. Craig came and pulled out two or three dollars in change from the filter system and gave us some great info on both the washer, dryer and our dishwasher (all Asko) We were so pleased that we did not have a huge repair bill and that we didn’t have to purchase a new washer. Hi, I wanted to send a Thank You for coming to fix my oven on Saturday. I very much appreciated that following my call first thing Saturday morning looking for the thermal limiter part for my oven, that you managed to find a way for Nic to be at my house by 4 pm with this part. Nic did a great job and we managed to have this kit in and the oven back working again in 45 minutes!!! While I continue to be frustrated with this issue with the oven you more than made up for it by helping me out to get this fixed with short notice on Saturday. This allowed 2 birthday cakes (twin boys!!!) to be baked and 20 guests to be well fed on the following day. Keep up the good work, I am sure we will be calling back again. Regards, John

We purchased a Viking 4-burner all-induction cooktop in Nov 2007 from Trail Appliances in Richmond, B.C. The left side power board was replaced by Priority Appliance Service under Warranty in early 2008.  In  Nov 2011, the high power right rear burner became intermittent. Priority advised us that the right side power board had failed and the cost to replace was $1590 with tax and labor. Priority’s technician Jeff suggested that I contact  Viking Customer Service  first, to try and get some relief on the repair cost. Viking replied within 3 days and offered to pay for the cost of the parts to repair. The next day, Jeff called and advised me that he had spoken to Viking and they had agreed to follow his  recommendation  that they exchange…

We had Moe come in and fix our oven a couple of weeks ago and it is working well now.  There was a long delay in getting the part, but through all of that your company was pleasant and helpful as we tried to work with the part supplier.  Moe always shows up in the time period that he gives us and I found him to be a very polite and clean technician who respected our home and made sure the job was done right before leaving and was careful not to damage anything else in the house.  Just thought I would pass on the positive experience I’ve had with your company.    Thanks,  Kate
