We are Priority Appliance Service ..... providing premium in and out of warranty service to Vancouver's high-end consumers.

The company started in March of 2003 by Wayne Coleman who had a vision of how the customer can and should be served. As Wayne's favourite motto goes "to aim for anything less then perfection is a compromise". This vision was born out of 26 years of experience in the appliance service industry.

Day One saw us "hit the ground" running with five techs fully booked every day. Due to overwhelming and unexpected support from local dealers and manufacturers, today there are twelve techs that are a definite cut above average, both in technical and customer relationship skills.

We are a young spirited team, growing and embracing new technologies in every area from how we operate the call center to how we enable our techs with the latest of information, diagnostic tools, and technical support. We are striving for excellence and take every opportunity to upgrade our technical training and stay abreast of the most recent developments and innovations.

We are constantly redefining our vision of Customer Service and aim to meet and exceed customer needs and expectations. We trust that we have raised the bar and redefined the meaning of customer service excellence in our industry.

Our Affiliations are with the high-end appliance dealers in the Lower Mainland that are in constant demand from the city's leading architects, designers and their clients. We clearly see our position as a vital support for these dealers and manufacturers, this is our strength and our future.
