Recently my Fisher and Paykel washing machine broke down. I called Priority Appliance and was able to see a technician the same day. Steve quickly diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. He repaired the unit and I would absolutely recommend him. I was treated fairly and professionally.
They keep our high end appliances going and going... We've used this company for years either repairing or installing the following:
Viking Fridge (14 yrs - they say we've got another 6-7 years left),
Viking Stove (14yrs - they say this stove can go on forever),
Miele dishwasher (replaced 6yrs ago after the old Bosche flooded our hardwood floor),
Bosche washer/dryer (fixed the old one for a few years, then we replaced 3yrs ago).
We've had great service from all the service people who came out (we've had three different ones). All the service people have been clean, courteous and have solved whatever the problem was. But I have to say Perry (who services the North Shore) constantly exceeds our expectations. He seems to genuinely love what he does and goes the extra mile.
Dale, who does the scheduling, is also great - when a repeat service appointment had to be made due to an emergency, he came through.
I am also aware that they have very low employee turnover - which I consider a testimony to a well run company that respects and values their employees - this comes through in the passionate service we have received from them.
I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone and have done so often.
