Post Script....
Further to my positive review below, I required another service call regarding a different issue and requested that Will attend. Once again he analyzed the issue quickly and brought parts that he anticipated he may need. Effective, efficient and reasonably priced. Good to know that this company has a culture of excellence that follows through with each service call. Thank you.

Serviceman Will was terrific! He analyzed the problem with my dishwasher, explained the options to me, and gave an estimated cost. I felt fully informed in making my decision to replace a part. As well, Will was very polite, within the estimated time of arrival and quite efficient in performing the work that needed to be done. Priority Appliance Service is my "go to" appliance repair from now on. I will definitely recommend this company to my friends and family.

I had bought a newly built condo and when I took over, I noticed my brand new washer did not work. The developer forwarded me to Priority Appliance and I got an appointment set up for the same week. Shawn was early for his appointment and got right work. What made me impressed with Shawn's service is his perseverance to find the problem. So he found the problem but didn't give up there. He had taken apart the machine and cleaned it then put it back together. At first, he was going to order a new part and come back to fix it, but after putting everything back together the machine started working again. We believe there was a loose valve somewhere. If Shawn had not went through all that trouble, he would have had to come back and I would have had more dirty laundry! Nevertheless, great experience. Good job!

Rob (Chilliwack) arrived the day after my call regarding our very noisy washing machine. He was quickly able to diagnose that a venting cap had a worn-out liner. Parts charge: $3.70 Rob removed the cap, replaced the liner and reinstalled the cap, and even helped my husband reinstate our very heavy full size stack unit into our townhouse closet. Charged us for 30 minutes labor, which was rather less than more of the time he spent. Very knowledgeable, honest and helpful.

Excellent service from Stephen. Highly recommend and will use Priority again for my appliance service needs.

Of 3 companies contacted, Priority was the one who had the soonest appointments available.

Stephen took the time to research the repair before he came to my home and brought along the expected parts. He explained everything and gave options on how to proceed.

A 2 hour window for the appointment was given and he arrived and completed the work within that window.
